Newsletter 13.12.19

Dear Parents and Carers,

Foundation Phase Nativity

This week saw the Foundation Phase perform their nativity. They made us very proud as they shared the Christmas story with us. A big thank you to all the Foundation Phase staff who organised the event and also to all the parents and wider family that not only attended the concerts but also supported at home with the lines that were learnt. It was a lovely way to start Christmas, I’m sure you will agree.

Christmas Fayre – Friday December 13th

Christmas Fayre preparations are busily underway as I write this newsletter! It begins at 3:05pm in the school hall with entry through the side gate and through the shelter door. We have hot and cold refreshments, a range of gift stalls, a number of games, a craft opportunity and of course the raffle!

We also have Christmas cheer being spread through song, courtesy of our School Development and Chaplaincy ministry, at approximately 4:15pm.

We hope to see you at the fayre.

Friends of St. Gabriel’s

Reception Applications – deadline 15th January

Applications are open for pupils who will be starting school in September 2020. As we are a Catholic School, the application is different to the Local Authority process and the forms are available from the school office and also on the school website. Please share this with wider family and friends.  www.stgabrielsrcprimary.org.uk
