NEWSLETTER 15.3.19

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Cultural Diversity Week

This week each class has focused on exploring the culture of a different country. Lots has been learned and many interesting learning experiences provided. Check out our twitter feed to see some examples. @StGabsPrimary

Mother’s Day Gifts

Thank you for those that have supported the school so far in The Friend’s of St. Gabriel’s traditional gift sale. The closing date for payment is on Tuesday, via parentpay.

The sale itself is on Friday 29th March. There will still be provision for those pupils at the residential trip to choose gifts when they return to school later in the afternoon.

Child Safety

There have been a few concerns recently about ensuring the safety of pupils once they have been dismissed after school. Please check that your children are not entering the staff car park so as to keep their safety as the highest priority.

St. Gabriel’s School Lottery

Our School Lottery has been running since July 2017 and during that time it has already raised over £1200 for the school.

Imagine what could be raised if more people were able to take part!

It costs just £1 per week.

All the money raised goes towards purchasing equipment and experiences for the pupils.

It’s a fantastic way, not just for parents, but for friends and family to support our school.

The more people who buy tickets – the bigger the prizes and the more money we raise for school.
