Newsletter 17.1.20

Dear Parents and Carers,

Update from our Eco Ministry

Our Eco Ministry would like to thank all the families and parishioners that collected Christmas cards to be recycled as part of our Wastesavers competition entry. They have sent off 1642 cards this week. Well done everyone.

School Meal Provision

From Monday 27th January, we will be beginning a 2 week trial where our canteen will also be offering a sandwich meal option as well as continuing the hot meal choices already in place on the new menu. Further details for this option will be sent to ParentPay accounts next week.

Clubs

Clubs will be beginning from Monday 27th January. Booking requests will be sent out on Monday 20th January with confirmation information by the end of the week.

Friends of St. Gabriel’s – Upcoming Event

Check your ParentPay accounts for a poster from the Friends of St. Gabriel’s. It has the details for the upcoming magician event. This will be a new type of event for us as a school and we look forward to the different experience being organised by ‘the Friends.’

Pupil places for this event must be booked through ParentPay – please be mindful of the deadline information on the poster.

This is to ensure that we have the correct ratio of staff, volunteers and first aiders at the event to keep your children safe while they are enjoying the show.
