Newsletter 18.03.20

Dear Parents and Carers,

The Welsh Government have announced today that all schools in Wales will be closed after the end of this week until at least the end of the Easter holidays, meaning that the last day of term will be Friday 20th March.

As I stated in the texts home, if your child is not currently in school then we will be open on Thursday 19th March 9.30am – 11.30am for you to collect their home learning pack and their Mothers’ Day gift if you have purchased one.

However, if you are unwell or self-isolating and are unable to attend, then we’re happy for a friend or family member to take them home on your behalf. Please contact us if you have any concerns as we would like every child to have their packs, so that they can access a certain amount of learning at home over the next two weeks until the Easter holidays.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and patience over the past few days, and also to thank our staff who have worked tirelessly this week in difficult circumstances to ensure that your children have had as much consistency in school as possible.

Best wishes,

Mr J. Llewellyn

Interim Headteacher
